Our Patient Portal is an online communication link between you and your provider. Our portal is called gPortal and allows you to easily:

• Complete patient forms prior to your visit
• Review your lab results
• Send messages to our practice
• Request an appointment (must be a current patient)

Our gPortal allows you secure access to portions of your medical record. You can use the gPortal anytime and anyplace you have access to the internet. Do NOT use gPortal if you are experiencing a medical emergency and require immediate attention.
