At past visits with this and other practices, I have complained of pain during my 2 previous colonoscopies. These complaints have been glossed over or ignored completely. Ms Sawyers took my complaints seriously and, by the next day, had found records that explained the situation and made it clear that any additional colonoscopies would also be painful. I can't explain how much I appreciated being taken seriously.

He is pursuing areas that have not been considered before now and I look forward to having answers. I'm dismayed to say the least that the final pieces of discovery (another colonoscopy/endoscopy) can not be scheduled & won't take place until months from now. At my age, that is extremely disgraceful in a country whose health care is #1....
